Airbus A320neo YASIM
Forking the Airbus A320neo project and replacing jsbsim with yasim FDM.
Tasks done:
- Basic FDM
- 3d model with animation & sounds (fork from A320neo project)
Tasks to/do:
- Realistic FDM
- Systems (rewrite/ make yasim compatible)
- Nasal scripts refresh
- Lights xml/ .ac refresh
- Windows not transparent (external view)

Looks like your getting in the business !
Congratulations.
About instrument convertion, I'm quite sur that you might be abble to do it yourself.
Myself, I'm learning right now how to animate instruments (the simple ones for the time being, will see for the MFD's later, although I have begain somethink for the Tu-444).
Try to have look on other plane files available with the basic FG installation in the folder
c:/Programe Files/Flightgear/Aircraft........... or somethink like that for Windows,
./usr/share/games/flightgear/Aircraft for Linux

First problem: FDM model on ground, 3d model positioned wrong.

So if I understoud your problem,
On the picture, the plane is not flying yet.
Witch mean that is about 1 meter to high at stop point ?

Then Emmanuel will give you the solution.
If I'm not wrong, this is something to do with the definition of the position of the ground contact point with the tires. The Z value is too high. You migh have to lower it.
I just looked in the "A300 Family" folder that is coming with FG and noticed that the point 0x, 0y, 0z is out of the fuselage in front of the plane.
The center of the nose ist at X2.54191, Y0.00190, Z-0.70286 (70 cm).
Usually, we try to put the 0 point as close as possible to the theorical gravity center.
