Hi all!
Just a short question: Do I have to ask the aircraft manufacturer for permission before I distribute the virtual aircraft?
Regards

Some don't bother to do it, but yes, you have to get the authorization from the manufacturer, as you mention his name and the name of his plane , and copy the plane.
This is what we call copyright.
I don't know about Germany, but in France, if you do it without authorization, the manufacturer can ask you to take your work out of the public access, you can be sewed if you don't do it.
